Mission, Vision and Goals
System leaders establish broadly shared mission, vision and goals in a number of ways, including
- ensuring that the mission, vision and goals (including those related to mathematics learning) are widely known
- articulating, demonstrating and modeling the system's mission, vision and goals to staffs when visiting schools
- embedding district directions in improvement plans, principal meetings and other leader initiated interactions
